The Legalise Cannabis WA Party is governed by its Constitution. It sets out the party's objects, how membership works, how decisions are made, and how office bearers and candidates are chosen.

All members agree to abide by the Constitution when they join. Voting members can propose amendments, which are considered at a general meeting in line with the procedures it sets out.
