I confirm that I am a member of the Legalise Cannabis WA Party and I consent to the party relying on my membership for the purpose of qualifying as an eligible political party for registration under the Electoral Act 1907. I give permission for the Western Australian Electoral Commission to contact me to verify the requirements for the above party’s eligibility for registration. If donations are above or accrue to $2600, I understand that my name and suburb will be published on the WAEC (Western Australian Electoral Commission) website. I am an Australian citizen and enrolled to vote. I am not relied upon by another party for the purposes of electoral registration. I hereby apply to join both the Federal and WA State Party as a Supporting Member. I understand that I may be contacted by the Federal and/or State Electoral Commission to verify my membership. I will abide by the constitution and associated regulations of the Parties.
